Toa

A crafty Vartican and the secondary main character of "Project Doomsday" part 2. Toa has just underwent his third aging cycle growth spurt, So within one week, he has grown into a leaner, sleeker, more mature creature. Though he is 17 now, his next growth cycle doesn't begin until he is around 24, when Varticans become capable of growing facial and elbow hair, but their quickness slows down as a result of aging. For now, he enjoys hanging out illegally at nightclubs and causing a ruckus in the streets of Cardina City. Obviously, folks like this aren't exactly the model citizens of soceity, so General Humanities feels it neccessary to exterminate these "Pests" with a brand new model of the Jehumnai bot designed to outmatch any Vartican. Humankind may follow shortly thereafter...
